VOTERS TO DECIDE ON CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM

The City Board of Aldermen have determined to place a curbside recycling ballot question on the April 3, 2012 Municipal Election ballot, giving voters the opportunity to decide if they shall implement curbside recycling in Kearney at a specific cost.
